For teams
One workspace for every shareable doc.
Publish RFCs, deliverables, postmortems, and internal memos as clean URLs. Markdown in, link out.
When a team reaches for Anchorify
Anchorify is not a replacement for your team wiki, your project tracker, or your CRM. It does one thing: turn a markdown file into a public URL with a Google-Doc-shaped render. Teams already running Notion or Confluence keep using them for the internal stuff — meeting notes, sprint plans, on-call runbooks, anything that needs structured collaboration. They add Anchorify for the moments where they need to send a link somewhere outside that workspace.
The most common pattern: a deliverable lives in Notion or Google Drive as a draft. When it's ready to go out, the last 5 minutes get spent copy-pasting into a fresh Google Doc, fighting the bullet formatting, setting share permissions, and emailing the URL. That last step is the only one Anchorify replaces. The internal source-of-truth stays wherever it lives; the recipient-facing copy lives at a clean URL that is yours.
What you get
Shared workspace
Every teammate publishes under the same org namespace. One dashboard lists every share across the team. Admins manage who can publish, who can view, who can invite.
Markdown-native
Drop a markdown file on the CLI or paste into the web editor. The URL is ready in seconds. No CMS, no rich-text editor, no permissions wizard between you and the link.
Secret by default
Every share is noindex until you flip it public. Add a per-share password for client-sensitive content. Members-only visibility for shares the team wants gated to signed-in users.
Custom domain on pro
Point docs.acme.com at your org. Clients see your domain in the URL bar, not anchorify.io. Cert provisioning is automatic.
Per-visitor analytics
See who opened the share, how long they spent, and how far they scrolled. Useful for figuring out whether the client actually read the deliverable before the next call.
Versions + suggestions
Every save snapshots automatically. Recipients can leave inline suggestions; an admin approves or rejects. Old URLs keep working; the latest version is always served.
Where it fits, by role
Engineering
Publish RFCs, postmortems, and migration guides as URLs the platform team can link from Slack or a runbook. Stays out of Notion's permission tangle when an external auditor needs to read one of them.
Marketing & content
Draft blog posts as markdown, publish to a staging URL for review, swap to a custom domain when it's time to syndicate. Per-visitor analytics replace the early-traffic stats most CMSes hide.
Customer success
Replace the QBR with a bi-weekly async health update at a stable URL. Account-by-account analytics let you see whether the customer's exec actually opened it before the renewal conversation.
Ops & finance
Send month-end packets, board updates, and one-off compliance memos as URLs that look professional. Password-gate the sensitive ones. Forwarding is one click for the recipient.
Sales engineering
Push a custom proposal, technical addendum, or PoC scope to a per-deal URL. Update in place as the conversation evolves; the recipient's bookmark keeps working.
Product
Ship feature briefs, release notes, and changelog entries to a public URL the rest of the company can subscribe to. Markdown in, link out, no docs site to maintain.
