For SEO agencies
White-label SEO reports your clients actually open
Send each monthly report as a link on your own domain, with your logo and colours. Update it in place next month, and see whether the client read it before the call.
What white-label means here
Most white-label SEO tools brand an automated audit: a crawler runs, a PDF comes out with your logo on the cover, and the client gets forty pages of warnings nobody asked for. That is useful for prospecting. It is not the monthly report a retained client pays for, which is the one you write yourself, about what you did and what changed.
Anchorify brands that report. You write it (or generate the first draft from a Search Console export), publish it, and the client opens a clean page at reports.your-agency.com/acme/august carrying your logo, your colours and your footer line. Next month you replace it at the same link. The previous version stays in the history.
Built for monthly client reporting
Your domain
On Pro, every report is served from a subdomain you own, like reports.your-agency.com. SSL is issued automatically once you add one DNS record.
Your logo and colours
Logo, primary colour and a footer line on every plan, set once for the whole workspace. Clients see your brand at the top of every page.
One link, every month
Replace last month's report and the client's bookmark shows the new one. Every earlier version is kept, so you can show exactly what the September report said.
Know it was read
See whether the client opened the report, how long they spent and how far they scrolled. Walk into the call knowing whether to start with the summary.
Comments where the numbers are
Clients can comment on a specific line of the report instead of replying to an email thread with a screenshot. You answer in place.
Private when it needs to be
Reports are unlisted by default and never indexed. Add a password, or restrict a report to named people for sensitive accounts.
The monthly workflow
- Draft. Upload the client's Search Console export to the SEO report generator, or start from the monthly SEO report template.
- Finish. Write the two paragraphs only you can write, what you worked on and what happens next, in the browser editor or your own editor.
- Send. Publish to your domain and send the link. Next month, publish over the same link.
Agencies that run reporting from Claude Code, Cursor or a script can do all three from the CLI or the API: anchorify seo-report export.zip --publish --share acme-august replaces last month's report in one command.
