Your farm mailer budget is buying recycling.

Send the same market report as a URL. It costs nothing per recipient, opens on any phone, and never ends up in a pile by the door.

FAQ

Does this replace my postcard mailer entirely?
It depends on how established your farm is. For a new farm, a door hanger with a QR code pointing to the market report URL gives you a cheap physical touchpoint with a digital payload (no postage, no print minimums). For an established farm where residents already recognize your name, many agents reduce physical mail frequency to quarterly and use the URL as the primary monthly touchpoint.
Can people without smartphones open the link?
Any phone with a browser can open an Anchorify link. No app download is required. SMS links work on basic phones with a built-in browser. Recipients can also open the link from a desktop computer if they receive it via email.
What happens if I update the report? Do old links break?
Old links never break. Each monthly report gets its own slug (/oak-street-feb-2026, /oak-street-mar-2026). The previous month's URL stays live, so anyone who bookmarked it or saved the SMS can still read it. Version history keeps the original snapshot if you correct something.
Do I need technical skills to publish a market report?
No. Write the report in any plain text editor, then upload it from the dashboard and copy the URL. The CLI command is one line (anchorify report.md), but the dashboard upload requires no command line at all.
