For financial advisors

Publish market commentary at a branded URL, not a mutable PDF.

Write your quarterly update in markdown, publish it, send the link. Per-office branding for multi-branch RIAs. Stable URLs for compliance review.

“AdvisorStream is decent for the price ($150/mo). Prefer to have something similar... we now have 30+ branch offices so wanting something that can be branded for each office.”

What changes with per-office branding

@

Per-org URL namespace

Each branch publishes under its own slug. westlake-wealth-denver and westlake-wealth-chicago are separate orgs with separate URL spaces and separate branding.

#

Logo, color, footer per org

Upload a logo, set a primary color, and add a footer line for each branch from the branding settings page. No code required.

.

Custom domain per office

Pro-tier orgs can map docs.westlake-denver.com to their org slug. Clients see your domain, not anchorify.io.

v

Stable slug, updated in place

q1-2026-market-update lives at the same URL every quarter. Re-publish and the URL stays; version history captures every change.

FAQ

Does Anchorify meet FINRA recordkeeping requirements?
Anchorify is not a FINRA-compliant archival system and should not replace Global Relay or Smarsh. What it provides is a stable, timestamped URL and unlimited version history, which makes it easier to attach a specific document version to a compliance archive than a mutable PDF or an editable Google Doc link.
Can each branch office have its own branding?
Yes. Each branch is a separate org with its own URL namespace, logo, primary color, and optional footer text. Pro-tier orgs can also map a custom domain to the org slug. No per-branch surcharge beyond the plan tier.
Can clients view documents without creating an account?
Yes. Public shares are readable by anyone with the URL, no sign-in required. Members-only shares require Google sign-in, the same friction as Google Docs comments.
What file formats does Anchorify support?
Markdown, PDF, CSV, TSV, JSON, YAML, HTML, and code files with syntax highlighting all render natively. See /docs/content-types for the full list.
